Who We Are

Panavidia is developed and maintained by Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Panavidia mobile and TV application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Panavidia is a media player only. We do not provide, host, or broker any television or streaming content, and we do not hold or process your IPTV provider credentials on our servers at any point.

Information We Collect & How

2.1 Credentials You Provide (Local Only)

When you add an IPTV provider you enter a Server URL, username, and password. These are stored exclusively in an encrypted SQLite database on your device. They are never transmitted to Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd servers and are used solely to authenticate you with your chosen provider.

2.2 Anonymous Cloud Profile (Firebase RTDB)

To support cross-device synchronisation across up to five devices, the App stores your profile data in Google Firebase Realtime Database under an anonymous device key. This key is a one-way SHA-256 hash derived from your server URL and username — it cannot be reversed to reveal your credentials. We never store your name, email address, or any directly identifiable information in Firebase.

No content data is logged: We never record which channels, movies, or series you watch. Your viewing activity stays entirely between you and your IPTV provider.

2.3 Crash & Performance Data (Sentry)

The App uses Sentry for automatic crash reporting and performance monitoring. When the App encounters an error, Sentry captures:

Sentry data is retained for 90 days and is not shared with third parties outside of Sentry's own platform.

2.4 Push Notification Token (FCM)

If you enable notifications, the App registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token with our Firebase project. This token is a pseudonymous device identifier used solely to deliver in-app notifications (e.g. subscription confirmations, update alerts). It is not linked to your name or email address.

2.5 Payment Information

All payments for Panavidia Pro are processed entirely by PayPal. We do not receive, store, or process payment card numbers, bank details, or any financial information. The only payment-related data we hold is a PayPal Order ID used to verify and activate your subscription.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.

Google Play Services: On Android devices, Google Play Services may collect device and usage data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. This is separate from and independent of Panavidia's data practices.

Section 05

Data Retention & Deletion

Your anonymous Firebase profile node is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your cloud profile, you can do so at any time from the Settings → Account → Delete Cloud Profile option within the App, or by contacting us at support@panavidia.com.

Section 06

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information associated with your use of Panavidia:

No system is completely immune to security threats. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to responding promptly to any identified vulnerability.

Section 07

Children's Privacy

Panavidia is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App and provided information, please contact us immediately at support@panavidia.com and we will take prompt steps to remove any associated data.

The App includes a parental lock feature specifically to enable parents and guardians to restrict access to certain content categories within the App.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights in relation to the data we hold associated with your use of the App:

Links to External Sites

The App or this policy may contain links to external websites or services not operated by Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external service you visit.

Section 10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality, legal requirements, or our data practices. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the App.

Continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
