Welcome to Panavidia, a media player application developed and maintained by Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Panavidia application ("the App"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Panavidia is exclusively a media player and IPTV client. It provides a user interface for connecting to, and playing back, streams from IPTV service providers that you independently subscribe to and configure. We wish to be absolutely clear:
Your responsibility: You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that any IPTV provider you choose to use with Panavidia operates legally and holds all required licences for the content they distribute in your jurisdiction.

Breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination of your access to the App and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
All intellectual property in the App — including but not limited to its software, source code, algorithms, user interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
By using Panavidia, you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that all content you access through the App complies with the copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in your country and jurisdiction. This includes, without limitation, the following jurisdictions:
Unauthorised access to, streaming of, or distribution of copyright-protected content is illegal and may result in significant civil damages, criminal prosecution, fines, or imprisonment depending on your jurisdiction. Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for unlawful use of the application by its users.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content accessed through the App.
Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd expressly disclaims all liability for any content accessed by users via third-party IPTV providers. We have no control over the nature, quality, legality, or availability of such content and accept no responsibility for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes without limitation any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, regardless of the cause or form of action.
Panavidia requests only the minimum data necessary to provide its functionality. Your IPTV provider credentials (server URL, username, password) are stored locally on your device and, where you opt in to cloud sync, are transmitted securely for the sole purpose of synchronising your preferences across your authorised devices.
Certain premium features within Panavidia are available via paid subscription ("Panavidia Pro"). By purchasing a subscription or lifetime licence you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:
Upon termination, the licence granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Termination does not affect any rights or remedies we may have under applicable law.
Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, aspect, or the entirety of the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We endeavour to keep the App updated and operational, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance windows or emergency downtime may occur from time to time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Panavidia Tech Labs Ltd and its officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
